She is a successful Business Owner, Educator, Acupuncturist, Yoga Instructor and Life Long Learner. She truly is an entrepreneur at heart and enjoys holding space for up and coming start up businesses at the Halifax Body, Mind & Spirit Expo. She is the owner of Angels' Essentials-Spirituality, Health & Fine Art as well as The Halifax Acupuncture & Holisitic Health Centre.
